How do I know Mobile Soles received my order?

Once we have received your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Can I modify my order?

To add onto an order you will need to begin a new transaction.

Note: original transactions cannot be modified.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please e-mail orders@shopMobileSoles.com. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Does shopMobileSoles.com offer price adjustments?

Mobile Soles offers price adjustments within 3 days of original purchase.

Note that, in order for an item to qualify for a price adjustment, the same style and size must be available for purchase at the time of your price adjustment request. Please contact orders@shopMobileSoles.com for questions and adjustments.

Do you deliver to PO BOX addresses?

Please note we will not ship to PO Boxes, or APO boxes, whether domestic or international.

Is my package insured?

Items over $50 are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit to destination shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to specified address, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Are there fees for customs and import charges for international customers?

Shipping and handling fees charged by shopMobileSoles.com exclude customs, taxes, and additional charges once package exits the US.
